Western State College of Law was purchased by the ASC on October 3, 2012 in an effort to expand the densely populated CSUF campus.
Western State College of Law (“College Park West”) will remain occupied by its current tenants for the next three years. College Park West will be
operated similarly to the College Park Building; that is, the University will lease the space as needed from the ASC.

Starting near the end of the Fall 2012 and continuing into the Spring 2013 semesters, the College Park property
underwent construction and remodel on northwest corner of the building facing the campus.
The construction at College Park was done with the intent to create a safer walk way for students
entering and leaving College Park. Along with creating a safer/friendlier environment, this remodel also
creates a “greener” College Park. Executive Director Frank A. Mumford said "the new additions to the building
such as electric car plug ins, energy efficient lighting (which uses about the same amount of electricity as a hair dryer),
low-water usage plants and recycled materials should make Cal State Fullerton greener.”
The newest addition to the TSU Food Court, Baja Fresh Express, launched in Fall 2012, has continued to grow in popularity amongst our campus community.
This concept was voted as one of the top choices to replace former Green Burrito by Students, Faculty as evident in a campus-wide survey. The survey took place over a
three-week timeframe and gathered 3,113 total surveys from 83% students, 4% faculty, 10% staff, 3% others asking “what Mexican food concept would you like to see in the TSU Food Court?”
After analyzing the survey, Campus Dining reported the results and findings to the ASI president and TSU staff who gave the green light to move forward with pursuing Baja Fresh.
The results were then presented to our Food Committee team and voted on by the ASI Governing Board who approved adding Baja Fresh Express in the TSU Food Court.
