Campus Dining Services, annually generating more than $5 million in retail sales throughout the CSUF campus, are provided through the auspices of the CSU Fullerton ASC. Beginning in February 1990 with the opening of a Carl's Jr. franchise (the first auxiliary-owned franchise in the Cal State University system) that serves an average of 2,000 customers per day, the ASC has developed an entrepreneurial expertise that now includes four additional food service franchises: Round Table Pizza, Togo's Sandwiches, Green Burrito Mexican Food, and Busy Bee Asian Food. The ASC has also developed five highly successful Starbuck’s Coffee operations, a Healthy Choice Deli Shop (in Langsdorf Hall), and a diverse menu in Nutwood Cafe -- while also providing food services to our Irvine Campus. High quality dining services and a catering program that is second to none are high priorities for Cal State Fullerton and Campus Dining continues to meet and often exceed those expectations.
