The CSU Fullerton Housing Authority was established to provide affordable housing
for faculty and staff of California State University, Fullerton. The resulting housing
development, called University Gables, encompasses 86 distinctively styled attached
and detached homes in nearby Buena Park -- all of which are owned by CSUF and CSU
faculty and staff. The neighborhood features friendly streets, canopy trees, green
parkways, inviting yards, a neighborhood park, and a swimming pool. The Housing
Authority has started its second housing project, University Heights -- and continues
to develop rental housing for faculty and staff both on and off campus. More details
